I have requested a letter stating that the account has been settled and closed on 21/04/2022. To date I have not received any letter yet. When you phone the debt review center the say it will be requested and sent to me and I am still waiting. How long do you have to wait to get a simple letter from FNB?

Once again you have failed to follow instructions. In the request I sent to FNB, I said that I am requesting a letter for the cheque account and not a loan or any other account. Yesterday I received the letter of a personal loan that I have previously received. So once again, a useless letter received because FNB cant follow an simple request. Please send me the correct letter this time.
