*****, no response at all

I was ****med/*****ed on 29 June for 7000. I reported it, got a ref number, sent numerous emails- no replies.

I spent 3 hours in the police station, sent affidavit and claim firm as requested, nothing

When someone does answer I wad Sent to different departments all saying its not them. *****, digital

Called ***** line, system offline and she put the phone down on me.

I've been with fnb for 20 odd years. Really poor service, very disappointed. Even if they can't assist me have the decency to respond.
