No response and interests after settlement

I have called on the 15 October and asked for a settlement for a loan.i was to to Pau the settlement according to what is appearing on the app and I did.after a few days of paying settlement.i check the the loans is accumulating interest not cleard I called and they kept on Transfaring me to the other person AND I never got help.I then sent an email with proof of payments to *** on 17 October there was no response.I have sent another one today 22 October and I know there will be no response.im so frustrated yeses.
