No response after placing on Hello Peter

After placing my first unsatisfied letter on Hello Peter on Monday 15th June 2020. I recieved a reply from FNB saying one of the consultants will be in touch 24 to 48 hours. I know Tuesday was a public holiday. Still nothing. I recieved a email yesterday from Jacky saying the 2 debit orders was returned which I knew that already. I immediately rep**** asking about the other months? Debit order wise. Still no response.

Pathetic I tell you.
