NO RESPONSE

How difficult can it be to get assistance? I have opportunity knocking and I've been struggling a whole month to get help / guidance/ appointment / application going. I've been on the app, logged a complaint, phoned, emailed, online and even went to the branch! Nondumiso Dlamini phoned and emailed me after I complained on Hellopeter and after that she's quiet as a mouse. I had to ask 3 times on email for next steps. Now I've finally done it and she doesn't respond to my email! FNB might be good for my personal banking BUT NOT FOR BUSINESS BANKING. I've tried to stay loyal, but I'll be broadening my horizons now and look for someone who are interested in my business and loyal to me aswell.
