I drafted FNB a mail on 7 March 2016, and was given a reference number for my query as per normal. I then waited the 48 hours and but no response. I then drafted the bank a follow up mail but again no response on their end. <br> <br> It now more than 5 days and nothing from FNB. This is highly disappointing as the service I have always received from FNB has always been exemplary. Come on guys, don't change my mind about your institution.
