NO RESPONSE

I need urgent assistance and nobody seems to care. 3 emails sent, numerous phone calls, been cut of SIX TIMES yesterday while holding on for the Risk Department yesterday while sitting in one of your branches for almost 2 hours The branch staff was helpful and tried to help, but call centres are USELESS
