No Response

Hi, I would like to Complain about FNB Homeloans. We sent them an email about a problem on our new Home. They have not responded in more than 10 days. A follow up was done a week after the original email, that as well was not responded.

Their moto is "How can we Help", well, we need help and they are no where to Help. Suppose the Bond is went through so they dont care anymore.
