No Response

I have a Lodger living on our premises who is dying. He refuses to see a Doctor or go to Hospital. I need Family contact numbers but he refuses to give me that as well but told me he has a Will at FNB with family details and if he dies they will come and fetch him. I wrote to FNB about our situation but they never rep****. I need to contact his family urgently. I do not want him to die on our Premises.
