No response

I set up an automatic payment on my credit card to ensure that I never have to pay interest for using the card. The payments are due on the first of every month. After a few days I noticed the payment wasn't processed, and after calling FNB, they advised the payment will go off on 1 Sep 2017 due to system changes. I made 100% sure to ask if there will be no interest and this was confirmed that there will be NO INTEREST charged to my account.

Surprise Surprise... There was interest charged. With an almost 2 week battle and wait, and sending though the information Charlene (FNB consultant) requested from me last early last, I still have no resolution to my issue.

Point is...3 consultants told me I will NOT BE CHARGED INTERESTED... and I was charged interest.

This is not very nice!!!
