No response

I went into the FNB CIPC website to register a company on the 11th of July 2017, to date I have not received any update. I've called in nureous time to check up on what's happening. On the 21st of July I called again and was told that the system was down hence I didn't get feedback, the last advised she would escalate, i called in again on the 4th, the 8th and the 14th to find out whats happening and again I was told it would be escalated. This process is frustrating and certainly not customet friendly. FNB is selling a non existing service. I am uncle to trade because of this whole delay. I am certainly not please and no one is getting back to me

This process is tedious and really not working at all. Kindly note yet again I am still waiting for my business account to be opened. Sibongile Masiteng sent me documents(24 Aug 2017) to complete after my last complaint, I completed and submitted the documents to both Sibongile and to the ********** email address. I then recieved an out of response and Karabo Mayisa's details where on the email. I then sent the documents to her but she has an out of office response that says she will be back on the 5th of Aug 2017, I'm not sure if that was a typing error or what, however I am really disappointed at FNB because it is making empty promises. I made a call to the call centre and all they could say was they would escalate the matter. Again I stress, I cannot trade without an account. This process really needs to be looked at because at the rate it's going, it's adding a bad name to the FNB brand and you should know WORD OF MOUTH is far dangerous than anything else.
