No response

I had a business credit card which was of no use to me, so I cancelled it. I see that I still have a business control account that was part of the credit card. I am being charged fees for this account, WHY?? I want it off and I want my fees reversed. I have e-mailed the department that dealt with removing my credit card and have had no response. Your service to me has become atrocious but apparently on a par with what we now expect from South Africa.
