No Respond

I have had my FNB account for almost 7 years now and for almost 8 months now i haven't earned any EBucks.<br> I have phoned FNB and EBucks numerous times and no one could ever give me a reason for why I'm not earning any. <br> I spend on average R3000 on fuel and almost R2000 on airtime each month but don't get anything back as \promised"in ALL the ads and promos!<br> <br> They have advised me over the phone that I have to go into a branch to rectify this but no one at any of the branches were able to assist me"
