No Responce from FNB for 6 Months!!!!

Due to the E-Bucks of FNB I contacted a consultant of FNB This was 6 months ago. Up until today I tried to comply to all their requirements to get to the highest level for the E-Bucks I changed my banks debit orders opened new saving accounts etc. But till today nobody came back to me, all they say is we will come back to you!!! I asked them to come back to me regarding their card Machine and its rates as we want to move our business to them, also still waiting !!!! We phone numerous times since then only to hear we will come back to you. How can I trust my Business with FNB? There is no control over the consultants they get cars to visit clients, but they are not doing as they say they are.
