I am disappointed in the turnaround time for an explanation on a rejection letter that I rep**** on the 13 of December 2023. It seems like FNB is purposely draging out the process. claim Ref: Loss Event: 59247 , Claimed ***/00 I demand an answer. and to put the cherry on top #IncreaseIncurance
