No resolution to my query regarding unauthorised charges!
I complained about charges to my account for Slow Lounge visits I did not authorize. Ref: ********** NF. I received a response which mentioned ebucks and that they are declining my request but never addressed any of my concerns.
I was charged R3500 and I did not authorize these charges to my account. I demand that they are reversed!
