No resolution to complaints in 16 days...............

I logged a complaint on 5 Aug and today is 21 Aug & I have still not received resolution/response to my 2 points: 1. The disrespectful response I received from an agent while trying to get help. 2. The alert I received that my Credit Card had been blocked due to *****ulent activity.

I receive emails saying that my complaints are being addressed but that is ALL I get back. No response to my points above??
