No resolution to complaint after 1 week

I complained to eBucks last week regarding why I had dropped on the rewards leveling system due to my 'InContact' status allegedly not being updated.

I spoke to Lindiwe who told me that the inContact details only update only if there is a physical change to the details and as I did not make any changes to my details on the website it did not update my inContact status and hence I lost 500 points in the eBucks leveling system. If my details remained the same then why would I change anything??? This is a system flaw that needs to be fixed. Lindiwe did not seem to grasp this.

This was followed up by Kira earlier this week. She was great and understood my concerns, however I am still waiting for feedback.

I am considering switching banks as service levels with FNB have really dropped. eBucks is no longer the only rewards programme on offer. Kindly fix the problem with my eBucks level to and restore me to Level 5 as it should be and adjust my eBucks earned accordingly or I will move all my banking instruments including investments, home loan etc to another bank.
