No resolution on reversal request or Feedback

Pathetic Service from FNB utterly disgusted and appauled. 2 weeks ago I submitted a eft reversal request, filled out the form and to date no response from FNB or communication that they will investigate. The recipient ignores my calls and refuses to refund me for services rendered. Reversal request sent on the 11 March for 2 amounts R200 and R1300.

This was paid from NY fnb business account to a Capitec Account
