No resolution at FNB

Good day, case reported at FNB more than 3 months ago with no resolution. R1000 went off my account while there were no funds in the account, resulting in the account balance in minus R1000.00 The money was deducted as soon as funds became available in the account. This was reported to the ***** department, investigations were underway. Until today there has not been a resolution and no communication regarding this. I have visited the branch numerous times and reported via the banking app. I am utterly frustrated and disappointed in FNB.
