NO RESOLLUTION RECEIVED

In November 2014, I lodged an inquiry with FNB via their call centre wrt my cheque account being compromised due to Internet *****. I was told to go to the branch to fill in some documents and the matter will be resolved. I did just that. My card was cancelled and a new debit card was issued to me. The funds that were withdrawn out of my account were to be refunded into my account within five days.
In February 2015, I had another transaction from the same 'service provider' manipulating my account. I again called the call center and again was told the same. Go into your branch and lodge the query. I did exactly that.
on the 10th February 2015, the funds were refunded into my account.
In May 2015, the amount was withdrawn again from my account, this time by FNB Credit division. Upon further investigation, and going to the branch again, I am being told that the so called merchant has provided their proof of this transaction.
I am not satisfied with this outcome as i did not do this transaction, for the mere fact that i did not receive any product for this purchase. FNB CREDIT response that they are at a deadlock and cannot do anything further.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
