No reponse from FNB Homeloans

We submitted a request for a payment holiday last week to the Homeloans department, but have still not heard anything from them. The debit order is due to go off on the 25th, which is Monday so please take this query with the urgency that it is intended with. Please can someone actually respond? And please do not refer us to our private banker as he has also not had any luck.
