No reply/feedback from FNB after submitting inquiries online via internet banking or email.

So I was charged a delivery fee for my credit card delivery to my work address after explicitly checking in the price sheet that the delivery would be free to my workplace. This was after I struggled more than a week to get the couriers on the phone.

I phoned FNB and the friendly lady said that sounding by the situation the charge would be reversed I just need to send an email to ********** This is where the lack of customer service becomes apparent. I sent the email explaining my situation on the 7th of Feb, I received the automated reply, sent some follow up emails but it is as if FNB is ghosting me.

It feels like a delay tactic and they just want the user to go... oh well its not worth the effort. This is really unacceptable. On a side not submitting any queries on the FNB online banking portal also amounts to no response at all.
