No reply to my emails!

I called the FNB call centre yesterday with regards to changing my banking details for a debit order. I spoke to Tshego Motaung and she gave my her email address [Email Removed] to mail thru my new account details etc, she assured me that she would reply as soon as she got them and I still have had no reply from her despite sending the mail thru to her twice today!<br> <br> This is ridiculous! All I want to do is change the details so that you get your payment every month!
