No reply service

I requested that an agent contact me regarding a new account to be linked to mine as it is for my child who is under aged, and also more info on the merchant accounts as I wanted to move my business account to FNB as I've had my personal account for many years, I keep getting mails stating that my "query" has been logged and I will be contacted but still nothing, you cannot go to the branch as it is always too busy for them to get to all the customers. I was one of a couple that actually just left.
