No reply or answer from FNB
I'm again struggling with getting hold of you guys, It's been two months where I've called daily and can never get hold of the right people. I've emailed ***, over and over again and no one replies. I cannot see my overdraft amount on my profile and I wish to settle it. All I want is a settlement quote and a possible discount so I can pay in full. Please please please can someone help me.

I emailed your Hello Peter email address with the reference you gave me, and I am yet to hear anything. I'm just wanting to settle my overdraft account, why is it so difficult for someone to send me a settlement letter????
