No Reply Online Personal Loan AppA_lication

A few months ago i decided to look into a personal loan while doing some internet banking online. I went through the required steps and filled in what i needed to do. this was a few months ago and to date I have not heard anything from FNB. While logged into my internet banking a few weeks ago, an ad popped up about personal loans and i decided to look into it seeing that nobody had gotten back to me - a message popped up saying there is an active application already and it might affect my credit rating should i apply for a second one... ????? IS THIS A JOKE??? Please FNB, i thought you were better than this. How disappointing.
