No reply from FNB Homeloans

I tried to ask for a better home loan rate from Fnb after getting a better quote from SA Homeloans . They emailed back to say unfortunately they cannot better the rate that was given by SA Homeloans without any reasons supp****. I rep**** back to Janine asking what was the reasoning as we have been loyal Fnb customers for years. 3 days have gone by and there is still no response. We are on the verge of changing all our accounts as the bank we thought was one of the best in the country cannot beat a rate that was given to us by SA Homeloans. Looks like they are not as big as we thought.
