No replies on query. Unresponsive. Useless.

I emailed FNB Law on Call about a case that I want to pursue, giving them all the details and to find out if it would be covered. I almost immediately received a response requesting my ID number which I then did. (With the quick response to request me ID number I was hopeful that it would be resolved quickly.) I then got an automated response saying that I will receive a reply within 48 hours (which is acceptable as the information need to be reviewed)

Three days later no response, I emailed again requesting a response or just an update for if I would be covered pursuing the case... A week since the first email I still have not received any advice.

Not giving me hope in any future dealings with them. Already have plans of switching legal cover.
