No replies from FNB

So I complained on Hellopeter and got a response in my inbox, however I rep**** as your email says "find attachment from SARS" even though there's no attachment nor link. I requested you forward the attachment for and never heard anything from FNB. So clearly we have to come to this platform in order to get responses from FNB.
