No remorse for Sars refund been reversed.

So I already did a review last week about my Sars refund that was paid into my easy zero account and fnb reversed it because Sars payments are not allowed in that acc. This information was not communicated to be by the fnb consultant at promadenade branch in Mitchells plain. She printed me a proof of account after I told her that I needed it for Sars because I have a refund due to me.

This morning fnb called me said sorry and guess what the refund will only be returned to Sars in 2 to 3 days. I had to go stand once againin a long line from 5:30am to go update my banking details at Sars and I got the call while inside and I could not really express myself when they called. Sars is now telling me that this could take up to 10 days to be sorted and then when the refund is paid in it will take upto 72 hours to reflect.

I had a funeral and my son's birthday on Saturday. I don't think fnb realizes what a very big inconvenience this has caused me. Why did the consultant don't tell me that this bank account can not take a Sars payment. I opened a tyme bank account to give to Sars now.
