No remorse!

Dont understand how FNB is still fining people in a crisis like the covid pandemic.

I work in the Hospitality industry and have been forced to be without work or pay for the entire pandemic. FNB has absolutely no compassion for people who are suffering during this time. My account is already R700 in the minus due to them fining me. Absolutely ridiculous, have some compassion for the people who cannot work!
