No relief from FNB

What is Fnb doing to help grant recipients? Their low interest loan does not help me. I am not employed. According to Cyril Ramaphosa's speech on 21 April 2020, this is what he said: Extract from President Cyril Ramaphosa’s speech on 21 April 2020: “Several commercial banks and insurance companies have also assisted the economic relief effort by, among other things, delaying or reducing instalment payments, providing debt relief, and waiving bank fees for grant beneficiaries.” I would assume that bank charges include interest charges which form the bulk of charges. I tried to convey this to the chatline, but they don't know what I am talking about. So FNB has done nothing to help the most vulnerable-the unemployed. Yet I am expected to pay all the bank charges during this unprecedented time. FNB you can do better than that and be an innovator in the banking field!
