No Relief during Covid19

Despite applying for the Covid19 relief and despite having paid a fee on debt to protect my commitments (FNB LIFE) they debited my account as usual on 4 May 2020. Every time I try contact my private banker I get voicemail and no one can help me. I am appalled by the lack of compassion and professionalism with this regard.
