NO RELIEF!

I have tried for more than a week to get help regarding the COVID 19 relief for a payment holiday. Instead of a payment holiday they want to force me to take out a loan to pay my home loan. I have been on the phone holding for help for more than a hour. They keep on redirecting my call to different departments then drop the call and no one knows how it works if they ask them.
