No regard for small business clients

I held a business account with FNB since 2017 for a small start-up.

Just a few days ago, I received notification that your bank has closed my business account and handed me over to some attorneys for R135. One.Hundred. And. Thirty. Five. Rands. Seriously???

My home loan and vehicle finance is with FNB since 2015, and now I am being handed over to attorneys for a mere R135.00? Without first being contacted to be notified there is a problem?

I am already shopping for a bank that treats its clients with better respect.
