No refunding my disputed transactions

FNB I logged 2 x transaction disputes for failed transactions at a merchant, the 3rd transaction then went through. The 2 failed transactions have been deducted off my account since the 25th of March and sit in the 'pending' column. The agent i spoke to telephonically said it will take 5 to 7 days, now i get told by another consultant it will take up to 40 days, , Thats such B#$%hit, sort it out otherwose i will close ky accounts with you with immediate effect.
