NO REFUND TO DATE
Pathetic service. After visiting the Silverton Branch with my complaint i was still not contacted with feedback. On Sunday i tried to deposit 7500 at the ATM and got a receipt that stated \ Your deposit was unsuccessful\" with the money gone.I visited the branch on Monday morning to explain my situation and was given some form to fill. To date there's no communication. FNB, you can do better than that. Please advise of a way forward before i loose my mind. "
