No refund of the money refund: case no ***

My Account of this case No: 2*** has been unlocked but the money that was deducted hasn’t been refund back to my account. The amount of 1,400 and it suppose to be refund back to account because that was amount removed from my account. The money 1,400 plus, I don’t remember the exact amount.
