No refund from FNB bank

Very disappointed with FNB I recently asked them to cancel my FNBLIFE policy and than I received an email saying my policy has been cancelled good than month end FNB continue to debit R381 which was the amount I was paying I have emailed FNB to ask them to refund uptill now they are in a quiet mode about my money I feel like iam being ignored buy FNB shame.
