NO REFUND after UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

I was unemployed and last payment was made in Nov 2017, on the 27 March a deduction of R3557.95 was made, i assumed this was to cover payments not done since Nov 2017, however I was in shock when a deduction of R12 430 was taken off my account on the 14th of May 2018.Since then i made numerous complaints then from the 16 of May 2018 I recieved responses from credit card complaints regarding funds being deducted from my account. On the 16th I receieved an email from A Memory N, that half my funds will me refunded. I did have an agreement with Barret and Associate which I have not held since I was unemployed from last year September. I have explained this to both Barret and Memory, however nothing seems to be done. I have requested justification for the 50% refund on the 16th of May, to date nothing has been given to me in writing as yet.I also confirmed with Memory N on the 16th and 17th that I have once again made arrangements with Barret as they requested, but still no refund. To top it off I get a call from Barret yesterday 30 May that I do not owe FNB, I owe them and no refund will be given to me. I again sent emails to the Complaints department and get a generic email back everytime I make arrangement I get an email stating I am not willing to pay, when I question Barret they say they are not able to give me the recordings. I will also try and retrieve my recordings if need be. They do not even want to email me correspondence when requested. If you require all corresponse made via email, I will gladly forward. Is Barret the account holders or FNB? When will my money be refunded I am talking about R12 430.34 NOT R12!!! this is pathetic service, does an issue take almost 3 weeks to sort out? Your Motto is how can we help you, i don't see any help given. I am tempted to move my bond and close my accounts with FNB.
