No redundancy in FNB business systems
FNB, supposedly a major bank, has not been able to issue a replacement debit card to my business for 2 weeks. It is due to a claimed embossing problem. How is it possible for a major bank, not to have redundant systems and process is such an important area of service delivery? The most infuriating is that they think it is beyond their control and excusable. They don't understand business continuity and mission critical business planning. Such incompetence is disturbing.

08 Jul 2021, 14:15This is not a response. It simply says that you will respond, which you will probably not do.
Your hollow, no remorse, standard apology is not accepted. It is an insult to expect me to take it serious.

18 Jul 2021, 19:40I was correct. FNB sends a standard reply indicating that they will respond and then that is the end. They are wiping their asses off against any Hello Peter complaint.
