No Real Help Will Come From FNB
I got charged on my account multiple times for a transaction I did not authorise , so I turned to FNB with hopes that they will help with the reversal and they’ve been going back & forth with me and it’s been going on for a month now with no form of real assistance… you guys can’t be the “first” national bank ,if you put your customers last … I’m disappointed with FNB 🤬😡😡😖😖

01 Jun 2022, 15:53FNB is really useless , and i am highly emphasizing this... after sending a review on hello peter i thought service would be better but its just getting on my nerves , I don't understand how many times I should keep sending the exact same documents you have been requesting even though i keep sending them ...
