No queue no time wasted!

At Northgate I walked past a long queue next to Standard bank into the FNB Northgate offices.

Complex issues resolved in minutes thanks to friendly and efficient assistance from Mpho Phillips.

As I walked back to the parking lot, I passed the long queue at Standard Bank, seeing fami**** faces still waiting.
