No Provision for Disabled

FNB completely ignores the law regarding the rights of people with disabilities. I'm disabled and they REFUSE to accommodate me. I registered a business using the FNB website. In the process FNB also registered a business account on my behalf. I have never used the account. FNB keep adding charges to the account and blacklist me because I'm not paying these charges. I have called FNB and written numerous e-mails asking them to close the account, but they refuse. FNB insist that I visit a branch in order to close the account which they opened. I explained that I am disabled and cannot do that. I work during the day. I have an opportunity to go to work and return at the end of the day. I simply cannot leave my office during the day to go to the bank. FNB insist that I pay somebody to take me to a branch to close the account which I never opened. They opened the account on my behalf, without me going into a branch. Why can't they close it on my behalf without me going into a branch? How can they blacklist me for an account which they opened (not me) and which they use (not me). How many laws are they breaking except for the ones regarding the rights of the disabled?
