No protection over your account

I have been banking at this bank for the longest time. They don’t protect their customers they leave you hanging. Right now my account is on hold for what reason I don’t know, I need to pay my bills and their system can’t even detect what type of monies goes into ones account. I’m employed by the government and get paid once a month, there is a pattern of monthly transactions showing there’s nothing that would put my account and life at stake. I’ve never been so defeated and disappointed in my life. Not even a consultant will call and ask what is happening with ones account.
