No protection for clients or their money???

What is up with your security FNB??? Your customersaccounts getting ****** from by *****sters, then they report it to you and withdraw all their funds out of fear, yet they still receive SMSs two days later of further attempted withdrawals from their empty accounts by *****sters??? Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! How should people trust you? Please explain??

Not a client myself, my close friends are and apparently, it's NOT an isolated incident, a few people have experienced this recently.
