No protection

I bought a busticket online using FNB ebucks discount, the busticket amount was deducted but I didn't receive the ticket, I report it to FNB ,the consultant told me I have to contact the service provider myself to get a refund, this happend after I requested a refund and investigation from FNB, they distance them from this transaction as it is part of FNB, if I knew its at my own risk, not protected by FNB I would have never risk, people be carefull when u use discount on e-bucks, if your money "disappear" its at your own risk.
