no proper communication

Good day

I opened a business account with you guys for my company and someone called me for personal cheque account then I asked about my business account she told me that my account is opened and they sent a card which was later distroyed as FNB couldn't reach me.

FNB never contacted me about card collection and I know that when I visit the branch for card creation they will charge me.

I wouldn't like to be charged for doing a card as I was not contacted or informed that my account is opened and they will send me a card to this specific branch.

I will like to have the card with no charges on my business account.
