No proof of payment for efiling payments

FNB refused to send proof of payment for SARS efiling payments. For the past week, promising it will take 24 hours, and having to reach out to them every 24hours to get an update. A proof of payment shouldn't be this complicated, why is this not available as a downloadable file just like all other payments.
